Kyajo Ri is part of the Khumuche Himal and located in the Gokyo Valley , Mount Everest Region of Nepal. It is a very beautiful mountain which was first climbed by Anglo / French expedition in 2002. The mountain has a fine steep and rocky East Face as it is seen from Machhermo village in the Gokyo Valley which is still unclimbed. Base camp is established at 4600m and Camp I at over 5300m. after three hours walking over a grassy spur and boulders. Technical climbing is required from Camp I to Camp II at 5700m. From Camp II to summit has been rated as French Alpine Grade D.

Day 01: Fly to Lukla. Trek to Phakding
Day 02: Trek to Namche
Day 03: Rest at Namche for acclimatization
Day 04: Trek to Kisa
Day 05: Trek to Kyajo Kharka
Day 06: Trek to Kyajo Ri base camp
Day 07 – 14: Climbing
Day 15: Retrace to Kisa
Day 16: Trek to Namche
Day 17: Trek to Lukla
Day 18: Fly back to Kathmandu .
Day 19: Free day in Kathmandu
Day 20: Airport transfer for international flight.

Cost Includes
  1. International and domestic airport arrivals and departures
  2. Accommodation at hotel in Kathmandu on BB plan ( as per the choice of the trekkers )
  3. Kathmandu – Lukla – Kathmandu flight fare including airport tax
  4. All necessary paperwork for permit ( Peak permit, national park entrance ).
  5. Climbing guide’s equipment allowance and wages
  6. Group climbing gears ( ropes, snow bars, ice screws etc. )
  7. High food
  8. Accommodation at the hotels / lodges in the trekking trail and camping arrangement at base camp ( cook. Kitchen boy, tents, mattresses, food, fuel, kitchen and camping equipment )
  9. All meals ( breakfast, lunch and dinner ) in the trekking
  10. An experienced English speaking trek leader ( trekking guide ) and assistant trekking guide ( 4 trekking members ), and porters ( one porter between two trekkers ) to carry luggage including their meals, accommodation, wages, equipment and accident insurance.

  8. Any other expenses of personal nature ( phone calls, laundry, bar bills battery recharge, hot shower and boiled water in the trekking ).
